Home Visit Membership Benefits Explained
- Increased Visit Radius - Currently, the visit radius is 15 miles without additional mileage fees. Due to rising costs, this radius will decrease to 10 miles for non-member clients. This means that mileage for distances beyond 10 miles will be invoiced at the current US IRS rate. Joining our membership will help prevent any potential changes regarding mileage limitations.
- Individualized Pricing - We pride ourselves in providing very individualized services to you and your pets, but to do our best work, we need to standardize pricing across the board. A benefit of membership is that we will evaluate your booking frequency, pets, distance, and needs individually and set the best possible rate that we can for your family.
- 10% Discount on Visit Services - In addition to the individualized pricing, your account will receive a 10% discount on invoiced services provided as part of our home care visits. This includes pet taxiing to and from home to grooming or vet visits, visits of any length in your home, and additional home visit services that are in the works.
- Priority Booking - Members will have access to reserved booking spots that won't be available to non-members. This means if you have a last-minute request, you will be able to book from the reserved spots even if we are currently otherwise booked-up.
- No Required Deposits - Currently, deposits are not required for bookings. After evaluating rates of cancellations, we are going to be adding a cancellation policy that does require non-refundable deposits. This will not be a requirement for members!
- Monthly Invoicing Available - For a long time, we billed monthly. As we grow, we have found that we do need to increase billing frequency. We are happy to honor monthly billing for our members, though, because we know you've been reliable all these years.
- 50% Discount on Nail Care Services - We will come to your home to provide nail care services upon request. It can be when you're home or while you're away. We know how important nail care is for pets, and we want to be able to help make that normally challenging process any easier if we can! Hopefully with reduced fees, we can help get your pets on a good maintenance schedule.
Daycare Membership Benefits Explained
- One Daycare Day Included (prepaid) - Most of the monthly membership fee is applied to a daycare day per month. This is to help make sure your dog(s) continue to be well-socialized. We saw that when pups took long breaks from visiting our home, they would come back with more anxiety and sometimes unpredictable behavior. To keep dogs well-socialized, membership prepaid daycare days do not "roll-over" between months.
- Locked-in Pricing - For the last 5+ years, we have had grandfathered rates. We will no longer be able to honor grandfathered rates for non-member clients. Prices for those who don't express interest in membership by November 30th will have their rates raised to match our current rates December 1st, 2022. Membership beyond that will still lock in pricing going forward, though!
- 10% Discount on All Services - This discount will apply to any services that are invoiced to members' accounts! That includes any visits to your home or ours (beyond the one prepaid one each month), sibling pet rates and services, and pet taxiing.
